Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days

  • High-volume periods: Orders may require an additional 1–2 days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

GoofyVape partners with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across the United States.

Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS First Class

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2-Day / Expedited (where available)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.

Adult Signature Requirement (21+)

Because we sell age-restricted vape products, all shipments require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery, per federal regulations.
Please ensure someone aged 21 or older is available to receive the package.

Failed delivery attempts due to missing adult signature may result in:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Carrier return

  • Re-shipment fees

Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws, some states, cities, or zip codes restrict the delivery of vaping products.

If your address falls into a restricted area:

  • Your order may be automatically canceled

  • You will receive a notification and a full refund

If you are unsure, please verify your local regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

GoofyVape is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused shipments

  • Inability to obtain the required adult signature

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Transit Times

Typical transit times vary depending on your selected carrier:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–6 business days

Weather delays, holiday volume, and carrier issues may extend delivery times beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to monitor your shipment in real time

Tracking may require up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If you purchased Guide Package Protection, please file a claim directly through their portal for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen deliveries

  • Damaged items

If you did not purchase package protection, we will assist where possible, but carrier resolution policies will apply.
